临床路径在肝硬化介入治疗病人健康教育中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 介入治疗是肝硬化的重要治疗手段。临床护理路径（clinical nursing pathway,CNP）是医院管理创新的一种医疗护理模式,是依据每天标准护理计划,为病人所设定的住院护理模式。它是指医院里的一组人员共同针对某一病种的监测、治疗、康复和护理所制订的一个有严格的工作程序、有准确的时间要求的照顾计划,以减少康复的延迟及资源的浪费,使服务对象获得最佳的医疗护理服务质量[1]。护士可由临床路径预先得知对病人应提供的护理服务及预后,使护理工作更具有规范性。我科2012年4月制订了肝硬化介入治疗病人临床路径表,对40例病人按临床路径表实施健康教育,取得了较好的效果。现将结果报道如下。
