摘要
用激光表面强化技术对 70Mn2Mo铸钢热轧辊进行了硬化处理得到细化的马氏体组织 ,硬度由原始组织的 2 0 0~ 30 0HV提高到 92 0HV ,硬化层深度达 0 6mm ,高温回火后 ,硬度及淬硬层仍分别保持在 4 30HV和 0 4mm以上 ,表明其具有良好的抗回火性能。
The fine martensite could be gained in 70Mn2Mo cast steel roller by laser strengthening.The microhardness and hardened depth of the roll can reach 920HV and 0 6mm respectively.After tempering at high temperature,the hardness and the hardened depth can be maintained above 430HV and 0 4mm respectively.It is showed that the laser treated rollers possess good tempering resistance.
