摘要
通过实测数据确定了车辆换算系数,结合收费站理论通行能力计算,对天津高速公路收费站通行数据进行了整理分析,并考虑各收费站客货车通行比例及收费员平均工作效率,按收费车道的类型分出口及入口提出了更符合天津实际情况的通行能力确定方法。此外,基于通行能力的分析对天津市高速公路收费站进行了整体评价,针对现状过饱和的收费站给出了改善措施及建议,为收费站日常管理及收费车道改扩建提供参考依据。
The vehicle conversion coefficients is determined based on the measured data, combined with the theoretical capacity of toll stations, the Tianjin Expressway traffic data are collected and analyzed. Considering the proportion of passage and freight vehicles as well as staff working efficiency, according to the type of exit and entrance toll lane, a method for determining the traffic capacity is proposed in the paper which is more adapt to Tianjin. In addition, the overall expressway toll station situations in Tianjin are evaluated based on capacity analysis, and in view of the present saturated tolling station, improvement measures and suggestions are put forward, which provides some reference for the daily management and extension of toll lane.
