参附注射液防治胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致不良反应效果 被引量:3

EFFECT OF SHENFU INJECTION ON UNTOWARD EFFECTS CAUSED BY CHEMOTHERAPY FOR GASTROINTESTINAL MALIGNANCY

摘要 目的探讨参附注射液防治胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致不良反应的效果。方法选取2010年8月—2012年12月我院收治的胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人共30例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用5-氟胞嘧啶+亚叶酸钙方案治疗,而实验组在此基础上加用参附注射液治疗。结果两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05);两组病人白细胞降低的水平、神经毒性及脱发发生率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=2.86-3.21,P〈0.05);治疗后实验组病人的Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组(χ2=2.23-6.82,P〈0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤病人在化疗后应用参附注射液,可以调节免疫功能,减少化疗药物毒性,并能改善病人的生存质量,对癌症病人辅助化疗可起到较好的保护作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Shenfu injection on untoward effects due to chemotherapy for malignancies of gastrointestinal tract(MGT). Methods From Aug.2010 to Dec.2012,30 patients with MGT were enrolled and evenly randomized to experimental group and control group for chemotherapy using 5-FU and calcium folinate(CF),to those in the experimental group,Shenfu injection was added. Results The difference of curative effect between the two groups was not significant(P〈0.05).The differences of decrease of white blood cell,incidence of neurotoxicity and lipsotrichia between the two groups were significant(χ2=2.86-3.21,P〈0.05).The Karnofsky score of the experimental group after therapy was obviously higher than the control group(χ2=2.23-6.82,P〈0.05). Conclusion Using Shenfu injection in patients after chemotherapy for malignancy plays a better protection,which regulates patients' immune function,reduces toxicity of chemotherapeutics and improves patients' quality of life.
