摘要
目的为提升药品检验实验室科学化管理水平,促进药检事业科学发展提供依据和参考。方法对食品药品检验实验室科学化管理的内涵进行深入研究,分析存在的问题,提出科学化管理的基本要素,探讨科学化管理的实现路径。结果与结论应以加强管理人才和专业技术人才队伍建设;构建统一的实验室质量管理体系;强化对实验室的监督管理,加强对不符合项目的整改;建立以检验人为第一责任人的实验室责任体系;加强差错报告的风险管理;提升信息化管理水平为基本路径,不断提升实验室的科学化管理水平。
Objective To provide basis and reference for improving scientific management level of drug testing laboratories and promoting scientific development of drug control cause. Methods The essential elements of scientific management and explorative ways to realize scientific management were proposed through a profound study on the connotation of scientific management and analysis of the existing problems. Results and Conclusion The management of laboratories should be improved from the following aspects： strengthening management of talents and establishment of professional technical team, establishing a unified quality management system of laboratories, enhancing the supervision of laboratories and the rectify and reform of nonconformance, building a system of “inspector as the first person responsible”, strengthening risk management of error reports, and improving the level of laboratory information management systems.
