摘要
为了在IGM自动化焊接机器人上完成铝合金车顶各板的焊接,设计了一套车顶盖自动焊工装(正面),可以实现车顶正面自动焊接过程中组板、定位、压紧、锁紧等功能,并以气源作为动力,PLC作为动作连接控制器完成定位、压紧、锁紧等动作的控制,从而提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
In order to weld the plates of the aluminum alloy roof on the basis of IGM automatic welding robot, a new automatic plate welding fixture (front) is specially designed. With this welding equipment, many functions can be realized during the automatic welding process for front roof plate, such as plate assembly, positioning, clamping, locking, etc. Moreover, it also can achieve the control of positioning, clamping, locking and some similar actions by powered with air source and connected with PLC as the action connection controller, consequently, the production efficiency is greatly improved and the labor intensity of work is obviously reduced.
