The influence of residual stress on the structural acoustic radiation property

摘要 研究残余应力对结构振动声辐射特性的影响。首先分析残余应力对结构刚度的影响,然后分析此种影响带来的结构振动特性和声学特性的改变。并运用有限元法结合边界元法建立数值模型,计算带残余应力结构的固有频率和辐射声功率谱,证明残余应力对结构声辐射的影响。计算结果表明,在研究复杂结构振动声辐射等动力学特性时,焊接残余应力是不能忽视的影响因素,为后续深入研究相关机理奠定基础。 The paper studies the influence of the residual stress on the structural acoustic radiation property. First, study the influence of the residual stress on the structural stiffness matrix, then analysis the change of vibration and acoustic which this influence brings. In the end, make a numerical model by FEM (Finite Element Method) and BEM (Boundary Element Method), calculate the natural frequency and radiated sound power, the calculating outcome prove the influence of the residual stress on the structural acoustical property and shows that the residual stress is a factor that can't be ignore when do some dynamic calculating of the complex structure.
