摘要
在充分考虑某舰载发射箱的较大长细比结构特征和冲击载荷的短历时特征的基础上,用显式动力学建立了发射箱(包含导弹)的有限元仿真模型。采用大质量法将结构的基础加速度激励转换成了等效的节点力激励,实现了基础激励的模拟,最后利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了轴向冲击载荷下的动态响应分析。结果表明,发射箱的柔性结构特征使得不同位置的输出响应差距明显,响应曲线具有明显的震荡特征,分析结果为舰载发射装置的结构设计提供了理论依据。
The large slenderness ration of certain launch container and the characteristic of short time of impact load were fully considered. Explicit dynamics finite element model which contains missile was es- tablished. According to the large mass method, the ground acceleration was convered into an equivalent nodal force excitation. Finally, ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the dynamic response of launch container under the action of axial impact load. The results show that the launch container with flexibe structure makes the response curves at different postions has obvious characteristics of the shock. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the structure design of shipboard launch device.
