丙型肝炎相关微小RNA的研究进展 被引量:1

Current research progress towards understanding the roles of hepatitis c-related microRNAs

摘要 引起慢性肝炎的主要病原体为HBV和HCV.目前,全球共有1.7亿人感染HCV,并且绝大部分患者于晚期发展为肝硬化甚至肝癌.每年大约有35万人死于由丙型肝炎导致的肝癌[1].随着HCV感染率逐年攀升,且缺乏疫苗和有效的治疗措施,丙型肝炎已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一.此外,由于病毒基因型不同和人种差异,抗丙型肝炎治疗效果不一,例如,用聚乙二醇干扰素和病毒唑治疗由Ⅰ型HCV引起的肝炎,治疗后复发率为10%,而Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型治疗后复发率为6%[2].近年来微小RNA (microRNA,miRNA)已成为国内外研究热点,大量研究结果表明miRNA与HCV的相互作用可能为诊断和治疗HCV感染提供新的途径.
