摘要
利用有限元分析软件对离心机柱锥形转鼓连接处的应力进行了分析,考察转鼓壁厚、物料密度、液池深度、转速以及半锥角对连接处峰值应力和一次加二次应力的影响。结果表明:转鼓连接处的应力值随着转鼓壁厚的增大而减小;在给定壁厚条件下应力随物料密度、液池深度、转速以及半锥角的增大而增大;离心机柱锥形转鼓连接处峰值应力较小,无明显的应力集中现象。研究结果对分离机械柱锥形转鼓的结构设计方法的完善提供了一定的参考依据。
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Software was adopted to calculate and analyze the stresses at the joints of the conical and cylindrical centrifuge’s bowls.The influences of the bowl thickness ,feed density,the depth of liquid pool,rotation speed,and half cone angle on stresses ,such as peak stress ,and primary plus secondary stress ,at the joints were investigated .The results indi-cate that the stresses decrease with the increasing thickness of a bowl and increase with the increasing feed density ,depth of liquid pool ,rotation speed ,and half cone angle for the given wall thickness .It is also shown that the peak stress is relatively small at the joint and the stress concentration phenomenon is not obvious .The results provide the basis for the improvement of the design method of the conical and cylindrical bowl of a centrifuge .
