摘要
目的观察穴位注射颈夹脊穴对后循环系统短暂性脑缺血患者脑血流的影响。方法选择后循环系统短暂性脑缺血患者60例,按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用当归注射液穴位注射颈夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林和丹红注射液治疗。两组治疗前后均采用TCD检测双侧大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉和椎-基动脉的平均血流速度。结果两组患者治疗后基底动脉及双侧大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉血流速度与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者治疗后基底动脉及双侧大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉血流速度与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位注射颈夹脊穴可以增加短暂性脑缺血患者的脑血流量,预防脑血栓形成。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint injection at cervical Jiaji （EX-B 2） on the cerebral blood flow in patients with transient ischemic attack （TIA） of posterior circulation.Methods Sixty patients with TIA of posterior circulation were included and randomized into a treatment group and a control group by admission sequence,30 in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupoint injection at cervical Jiaji （EX-B 2） with Dang Gui （Radix Angelicae） injection,while the control group was by using Aspirin and Dan Hong injection.Transcranial Doppler was adopted to detect the average blood flow velocity of bilateral middle cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery,and vertebrobasilar artery.Results The blood flow velocities of basilar artery,middle cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery,and vertebral artery were significantly changed after intervention in both groups （P＜0.01）.After intervention,there were no significant differences in comparing the blood velocities of basilar artery,bilateral middle cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery,and vertebral artery between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint injection at Jiaji （EX-B 2） can increase the cerebral blood flow in patients with TIA and prevent the production of cerebral thrombosis.
