摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心衰患者的临床疗效。方法将136例肺心病合并心力衰竭患者分为观察组75例和对照组61例,对照组常规治疗+酚妥拉明,观察组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀汤,比较两组患者临床疗效及相关指标。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PaCO2明显降低(P<0.05),PaO2明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组下降水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在观察期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论血府逐瘀汤联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心衰能够显著改善患者动脉血氧指标,缓解患者的临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with phentolamine in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 136 patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure were divided into observation group of 75 patients and control group of 61 patients. The control group received a regular treatment plus phentolamine, while the observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. Clinical effect and related indices were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; PaCO2 level in the two groups after the treatment significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, PaO2 level significantly increased, and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; Scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups after the treatment all significantly declined （P〈0.05）, and observation group declined significantly greater than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; No adverse events were detected in the two group during the observation period. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with phentolamine in the treatment of pulmonary heart failure helps significantly improve the index of patients＇ arterial blood oxygen and alleviate patients＇ clinical symptoms, which has a favorable curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
