超声弹性成像应变率比值法联合三维超声成像对乳腺肿块的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonic Elastography Strain Rate Ratio Method Combined with Three-Dimensional Ultrasound Imaging for Breast Solid Lesions

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像应变率比值法(ultrasonic elastography strain ratio,UESR)联合三维超声(three-dimensional ultrasound,3D-US)对乳腺良恶性肿块诊断的临床价值。方法对107例127个乳腺肿块在二维超声检查的基础上,进行超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography,UE)及3D-US检查,并与病理结果对照比较。结果 3D-US诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确度分别为80.6%、80.2%、80.3%,UESR诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确度分别为83.3%、85.7%、85.0%,UESR联合3D-US诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确度分别为91.7%、93.4%、92.9%。USER联合3D-US诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确度均较单独使用USER或3D-US诊断有所提升(均P<0.05)。结论 UESR联合3D-US在乳腺肿块的良、恶性诊断及鉴别诊断方面具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography strain rate ratio (UESR) method combined with three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-US)imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast solid lesions. Methods On the basis of the two-dimensional ultrasound, ultrasonic elastography and 3D-US were performed in 107 patients with breast solid lesions(127 lesions).The res-ults were compared with pathological findings. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combination of UESR and 3D-US (91.7%,93.4% and 92.9%,respectively)were significantly higher than those of 3D-US(80.6%,80.2% and 80.3%,respectively)or UESR alone(83.3%, 85.7% and 85.0%, respectively)(all P〈0.05). Conclusion UESR combined with 3D-US has important value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast solid lesions.
