摘要
目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀对血脂正常的2型糖尿病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响.方法 选取2008年3月至2013年10月于我院诊治的血脂正常的2型糖尿病患者104例,按其就诊顺序进行编号并随机分为对照组（52例）和观察组（52例）.对照组患者行常规降糖治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,10 mg/次,1次/d.观察两组患者治疗前后血脂（HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC）及hs-CRP水平变化情况,采用统计学软件对两组患者观察指标进行对比分析.结果 观察组患者治疗后TC[（4.28±0.86）mmol/L]、TG[（3.25 ±0.89）mmol/L]、LDL-C[（2.09±0.57）mmol/L]、HDL-C[（1.38±0.43）mmol/L]水平均明显优于对照组患者相应指标[（5.33±1.00）mmol/L、（3.58±1.01）mmol/L、（3.18±0.74）mmol/L、（1.16±0.31）mmol/L],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者治疗后hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 瑞舒伐他汀在进一步改善血脂正常的2型糖尿病患者血脂水平的同时,可有效降低患者hs-CRP水平,对于减轻患者动脉粥样硬化程度、减少心脑血管意外具有重要意义.
Objective To investigate the effects of statin Rosuvastatin on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients of type 2 diabetes with normal blood lipids.Methods Selected the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal blood lipids 2 of 104 cases of diabetes in our hospital from March 2008 to October 2013,under the consent of all the patients and their families agree,the order number and their treatment were randomly divided into control group（52 cases） and observation group（52 cases） and control group underwent conventional antidiabetic therapy,patients in the control group was observed patients treated with rosuvastatin plus statin therapy on the basis of observed before and after treatment lipids （HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC） and hs-CRP level changes,and the use of statistical software for the two groups were observed indicators were analyzed.Results After the observation group patients TC （4.28±0.86）mmol/L,TG （3.25 ±0.89）mmol/L,LDL-C （2.09±0.57）mmol/ L,HDL-C （1.38±0.43）mmol/L average water significantly better than the control group,the corresponding index patients （5.33±1.00）mmol/L,（3.58±1.01）mmol/L,（3.18±0.74）mmol/L,（1.16±0.31）mmol/L,in a statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Observed in patients after treatment hs-CRP levels were significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference between the components （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin further improve lipid normal lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes,while patients can effectively reduce hs-CRP levels,to alleviate the extent of atherosclerosis in patients to reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents is important.
