摘要
目的探讨青少年安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合非减数矫治对上唇软组织的影响。方法选取30例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合畸形病例,采用上颌快速扩弓和直丝弓矫治技术完成非减数矫治。对矫治前后的头颅侧位X线片上唇软组织的12项指标进行测量和统计分析。结果在上唇各点相对于X、Y轴的线距上,治疗后A'-X和UL-X差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表现在垂直方向上的显著增长。在软组织角度与软组织线距的测量上,治疗后软组织面凸角、鼻唇角、上唇倾角和上唇突度与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),上唇前突和面部侧貌协调性显著改善。结论运用快速扩弓扩大牙弓宽度是不拔牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合的有效方法。
Objective To explore the effect of nonreduction treatment for class Ⅱ division I malocclusion on soft tissue of upper lip.Methods Thirty patients with class Ⅱ division I malocclusion were selected in the study and were treated by rapid maxillary expansion and straight wire appliance.The lateral cephalometric radiographs were traced and measured before and after treatment.Twelve typical values of soft tissue were measured and statistical analysis was carried.Results In the horizontal and vertical lines,the differences of A＇-X and UL-X were statistically significant after the treatment（P〈 0.05）.In the soft tissue measurements,the values of Ns-Sn-Pos angles,NLA and A＇-UL-FH increased after the treatment and all the patients had a significant decrease in ULP（P〈 0.05）,indicating the coordinative improvement of the protrusion of upper lip and facial lateral profile.Conclusion Rapid maxillary expansion is one of the most effective nonreduction treatments for the class Ⅱ division I malocclusion.
