摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压治疗原发性高血压(痰湿壅盛证)的临床疗效。方法将确诊的80例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,对照组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,每日1次,每次2.5 mg。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用王不留行子进行耳穴贴压治疗,疗程2周。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组收缩压和舒张压均有明显下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医症状明显改善,与对照组疗效比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组主要症状积分治疗前后比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗此类患者更有效控制血压在正常范围。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of auricular-plaster therapy on essential hypertension （EH） in phlegm congested syndrome. Methods： 80 patients diagnosed of the disease of EH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated by amlodipine besylate with 2.Smg once every day. The ones in treatment group received amlodipine besylate with 2.Smg once every day and auricular point sticking therapy with cowherb seeds. The treatment course included 2 weeks. Results： After treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were decreased in treatment group and treatment group. The result of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in effective rate of blood pressure control（P〉 0.05 ）. TCM symptom in treatment group was improved obviously, and there was significant difference between the two groups on TCM symptom（P〈0.01 ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on TCM symptom scores,which was significantly more lower than that of before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group reduced more obviously compared with the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined .treatment of auricular-plaster therapy and amlodipine besylate could be effective on controlling blood pressure in the normal range. Treatment group and control group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, but combined treatment of auricular-plaster therapy and amlodipine besylate is better and more effective.
