多排螺旋CT小肠成像与单气囊小肠镜在临床表现不典型小肠梗阻诊断中的应用 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT小肠成像(MDCTE)与单气囊小肠镜(SBE)在临床表现不典型小肠梗阻中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例接受MDCTE及SBE检查患者的临床资料。结果 SBE共发现12例临床表现不典型小肠梗阻患者,其中克罗恩病10例,空肠腺癌2例。12例中10例(83.3%)患者在MDCTE中有阳性表现,其中2例表现为空肠占位,另8例表现为肠壁增厚。SBE除发现狭窄外,可见黏膜改变,包括新生物、溃疡形成及铺路石样改变。对MDCTE无阳性发现的2例患者,SBE发现1例表现为小肠梗阻并黏膜水肿,1例表现为小肠瘢痕狭窄。结论多排螺旋CT小肠成像是临床表现不典型小肠梗阻良好筛查手段,SBE是确诊的较好方法。
