摘要
公安部消防局颁布的《消防控制室管理及应急程序》规定,建筑重要消防设备末端配电控制柜应确保处于自动位置,但实施5年来,效果难以保证。笔者发明实用新型专利—"消防末端全自动自适应控制柜",用技术手段代替管理手段,克服操作人员行为习惯和疏忽带来的问题。当消防设备末端配电控制柜处于手动位置时,值班人员在控制室可以远程启动消防设备使之投入运行,并保证控制和运行的可靠性,这将改变传统的监管模式。
In "management and emergency program of fire con- trol room " promulgated by Fire Department of Ministry of Public Security, fire equipment distribution control cabinet of building should be at auto state, but five years since then, the effect is not well. The author invented utility model patent- "the terminal automatic adaptive distribution control cabinet", management tool was substituted by technical mean, and prob lems brought because of operator behavior habit or negligence were solved. As fire equipment distribution control cabinet was at manual state, operators could remotely start firefighting e- quipment in fire control room and the reliability of control and operation could be ensured. It would change the traditional management model of firefighting equipment.
