摘要
目的观察滋肾汤组方配合耳穴压豆法治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机理。方法将60例卵巢早衰患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组口服滋肾汤(钩藤、泽泻、丹参、山药、生地黄等)组方并配合耳穴压豆法治疗,对照组单独口服滋肾汤组方的汤药,治疗前后对中医证候、局部体征分别评分,并观察女性性激素水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为67.0%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论滋肾汤组方配合耳穴压豆法治疗卵巢早衰,能明显改善临床症状,改善女性性激素水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nourishing Kidney Decoction combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure, and to explore the possible mechanism of action. Methods 60 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients.The treatment group was given Nourishing Kidney Decoction （rhynchophylla, Alisma, Salvia miltiorrhiza, yam, rehmannia root etc. ） combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy. The control group was treated with Nourishing Kidney Decoction. TCM syndromes, local signs were rated before and after treatment and the changes of female sex hormone levels were observed. Results The total effective rate were 86.7 % （treatment group） and 67.0% （control group） （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing Kidney Decoction combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and improve the level of sex hormone of female.
