摘要
目的探讨患者同一时间点动静脉血浆K、Na、Cl、Lac浓度差异。方法使用罗氏cobas b221分别测定动静脉全血的K、Na、Cl、Lac浓度,根据本实验室静脉血K、Na、Cl、Lac参考值范围将标本分为高、中、低三组,并将结果进行比较。结果在同一时间点,使用相同抗凝剂的情况下,动脉静脉血K浓度具有统计学差异(P<0.05),Na、CL、Lac水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动脉血和静脉血样本中K的浓度不同,建议建立动脉血钾的参考值。
Objective To investigiate the differences in K ,Na,Cl,Lac concentration in patients ’ arterial and venous blood .Methods Arteriovenous blood K,Na,Cl,Lac concentrations were measured using Roche cobas b 221,and the results were compared.Results At the same time and with the same anticoagulant ,K concentration was statistically significant between venous blood and arterial blood ( P〈0.05) while the level of Na,Cl,Lac had no significant differences(P〉0.05).Conclusions Because K concentrations are different between arterial blood and venous blood ,we recommend establishing the potassium reference value of arterial blood .
