摘要
选择10种隼形目鸟类尾羽,利用扫描电镜观察其绒羽显微结构,同时测量节直径和节间长度。结果表明绒羽主要由节状羽小枝构成,各种类节的形状、节直径和节间距存在差异。单因素方差分析表明除苍鹰和松雀鹰外,其他2个物种间至少有1个参数差异显著或极显著,说明把这2个参数综合起来考虑可为物种鉴定提供帮助。
The downy feathers of 10 species of Falconiformes were selected and observed under scanning electronic microscope. The diameter of nodular and distance between 2 nodular were measured. The results showed that the downy feathers were mainly composed of nodular barbules. There were some differences in the shapes, diameters of nodular and distance between 2 nodular among the species. One-way ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant difference on at least one parameter in the two analyzed parameters between two species besides Accipiter gentilis and Accipiter virgatus, indicating that the 2 parameters could be used to identifying species.
