摘要
食品安全与品质控制学是为高等院校食品质量与安全专业开设的一门专业核心课程。通过对食品安全与品质控制学教学内容和方法进行改革,激发学生对该门课程的学习兴趣,有效地提高了教学效果。
Food safety and quality management is a core course of food quality and safety specialty in colleges and universities.Through reforms of teaching content and teaching method,interest in learning of students is excited and the teaching effectiveness is improved effectively.
