摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(28例),分别给予莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌和单一莫沙必利治疗,观察2组疗效。结果观察组排便周期明显缩短,排便困难程度评分和大便性状评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);对照组排便周期较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),大便性状以及排便困难程度较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);2组治疗后上述指标比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论双歧杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘疗效好,便秘症状改善明显,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined Bifidobacterium with mosapride in the treatment of elderly functional constipation. Methods 62 cases of patients were divided into observation group（34cases）and control group（28 cases）randomly,and treated with mosapride combined Bifidobacterium and single mosapride respectively,then,the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results In the observation group,the defecation cycle was shortened,the character score of defecation and defecation difficulty was markedly improved than those before treatment,the differences of above index between groups and inter-group were statistically significant（P〈0.01 or 0.001）.In the control group,defecation cycle was shorten after treatment（P〈0.05）,however,the character of defecation and difficult defecation level was not significantly improved（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Combined Bifidobacterium and mosapride in the treatment of elderly functional constipation,curative effect was good,and constipation symptoms improved significantly.
