摘要
针对输电系统和配电系统量测类型多样性及传统快速解耦状态估计算法的不足,作者讨论并发展了一种基于等效电流量测变换的状态估计及不良数据检测与辨识方法。该方法是通过对量测系统的实际量测进行等效电流量测变换,并根据误差传播理论改变相应的量测权值而推导出来的。它不仅保留了传统状态估计算法的快速解耦特性,并在无任何假设的情况下实现了雅可比矩阵的完全常数化,算例分析表明,该方法快速有效,对r/x的比值不敏感,并能有效地处理不良数据,能较好地应用于输电系统和配电系统的状态估计计算。
According to the variety of measurement categories in power transmission system and distribution system and the shortcomings of traditional fast decoupling state estimation (ES), in this paper a new ES method for bad data detection and identification based on equivalent current measurement transformation is presented. This method is derived though the equivalent current measurement transformation of practical measurements from the measuring system and changing corresponding weight coefficient of measurement according to the theory of error propagation. In the presented method not only the fast decoupling characteristic of traditional SE algorithm is retained, but also to make Jacobian matrix constant completely is implemented without any assumption. The analysis on the results of calculation example shows that this method is a fast and effective one which is not sensitive to the ratio between r and x. Using this method the bad data can be effectively dealt with, and it can be applied to the ES calculation for distribution systems and power transmission systems.
