摘要
分析了关井压产措施对乡镇煤矿生产和安全的影响 ,用系统预测方法估算乡镇煤矿的产量。通过预测的产量变化趋势 ,阐明煤炭在我国能源中的重要地位 ,以及小煤矿关闭整顿的重要性和任务的艰巨。
This paper analyzes the impacts of small coal mine closure and overall coal output reduction on the coal production and safety conditions in township coal mines on the basis of which system prediction method is used to predict coal output of township coal mines. It is on the basis of the township coal mine production trends thus predicted that this paper deals with the important role of coal in the entire energy system of this country, the significance of small coal mine closure and rectification and the arduousness of this task.
