摘要
目的 报告指尖离断分型与再植效果。方法 依据指尖显微解剖和临床应用分为Ⅵ种类型。Ⅰ型——甲弧至半月线处离断;Ⅱ型——甲中段以远离断;Ⅲ型——甲区各种斜形离断;Ⅳ型——指腹撕脱离断;Ⅴ型——指尖脱套性离断;Ⅵ型——指尖与手指近端同时离断(一指两段)。结果 临床共再植278例312指,成功率95.2％。结论 指尖离断分型能指导医生进行再植手术。
Objective To report the result of replantation and the types of amputated fingertip.
Methods Amputation at fingertip level is classified into six types according to microanatomy and clinical application: type Ⅰ ?amputation from the nail arc to the lunula. type Ⅱ - distal half of the nail, type Ⅲ- any kind of oblique amputation, typeⅣ- loss of finger pulp , type V - degloving injury of the tips, and type Ⅵ - combining fingertip with finger amputation (amputation at two levels of the finger) . Results 312 severed fingertip in 278 cases were replanted with microsurgery technique. The survial rate of the fingertips is 95. 2%. Conclusion The types of amputated fingertip were advantageous as to the replantated surgery.
