知识经济条件下 ,人力资源已成为企业发展的关键性战略资源。本文分析了知识经济条件下组织的环境变化 ,及对人力资源管理与开发的挑战。在此基础上 ,阐述了人力资源管理职能的拓展与管理创新。
Human Resource has become crucial strategic resource for an enterprise on condition of knowledge economy. The author analyses the environmental change of an organization and challenges to human resource management on condition of knowledge economy. On this basis, the author explains the functional expansion of human resource management.
