摘要
目的:分析手术室护理配合对骨科手术切口感染的影响效果。方法:选择本院2016年5月~2018年9月内收治的骨科手术患者124例,根据就诊顺序分成两组,分别设为对照组与研究组各62例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组配合手术室护理,观察两组患者切口感染情况、护理满意度及手术室护理不规范行为。结果:研究组切口感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组调查护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术室不规范护理现象发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨科手术中,常规护理的同时,积极开展手术室护理配合干预,可减少切口感染现象,增加护理满意度,减少手术室不规范护理现象。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room on incision infection in orthopaedic surgery.Method:From May2016 to September 2018,124 patients with orthopedic surgery in our hosptial were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of visit,62 cases in control group and 62 cases in study group respectively.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode and the patients in the study group were treated with nursing in the operating room.The infection of incision,the satisfaction of nursing and the nonstandard behavior of nursing in the operating room were observed in both groups.Result:The incision infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of abnormal nursing in the operating room in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In orthopaedic surgery,while routine nursing,actively carrying out nursing cooperation and intervention in the operating room can reduce incision infection,increase nursing satisfaction and reduce the phenomenon of non-standard nursing in the operating room.
