摘要
毛泽东邓小平基于同样的政治理念 ,对中国中央与地方关系问题做了积极探索。由于所处的历史背景不同 ,他们在考虑问题的立足点、视角、处理问题的方式、途径及效果上各不一样 。
Based on the same political philosophy, MAO Ze dong and DENG Xiao ping have made great efforts to explore the relationship between the central and local in China. Differences, including their considered angles, approaches, ways and effects in dealing with this problem, as well as the different historical backgrounds, do form two different stages about thoughts and practice on the relationship between the central and local.
