摘要
重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)是一项无创、安全、操作简便的神经调控技术,在神经精神疾病的基础研究及临床治疗方面已得到较好的应用,在阿尔茨海默病(AD)治疗及认知功能改善方面已显示出较好的前景。本文对rTMS调控AD的认知功能及其脑网络机制进行综述。
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a noninvasive, safe and convenient electrophysiological technique, and has been widely applied in neural based research and clinical treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases. It is demonstrated that the technique has good prospects to attend therapy and improve cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). The present article reviewed rTMS regulating cognitive function and the mechanism of brain networks in AD.
