摘要
花生是我国的主要油料和经济作物 ,是我国人民生活中植物蛋白与食用油的主要来源。建国以来 ,我国花生生产取得了可喜的成绩 ,种植面积、总产和单产都有很大提高。近 10年来 ,我国花生的总产一直居世界首位 ,年均出口量在世界花生贸易中占 1/ 4以上 ,是我国为数不多的净出口大宗农作物品种之一。另外 ,花生的经济产出高于其他主要粮油作物 ,在提高农民收入和调整农业结构方面做出了重要贡献。中国在入世后 ,花生产业将面临更为激烈的国际竞争。因此 ,审视我国花生产业所面临的问题 ,采取各种措施提升我国花生的国际竞争力 。
Groundnut is a major oil-bearing and cash crop in China, it plays a very important role in providing protein and edible oil for daily life Since 1949, we have achieved great success in groundnut production The growing area and the total output as well as the per unit area yield have been increased dramatically In the past ten years, the total output of groundnut in China has ranked first in world And its exporting to other countries has made up more than one-fourths of the world groundnut trade annually Moreover, the economic return from growing groundnut has been much higher than that from growing other major food and oil-bearing crops Therefore, groundnut has made an important contribution to the increase of farmers income and the adjustment of agricultural structure After entered into the WTO, a more intense international competition lies ahead of us For this reason, it of importance for us to realize the problems existed in the development of groundnut production and to take measures to deal with these challenges
