摘要
以 4 ,4’ 二硝基二苯乙烯 2 ,2’ 双磺酸钠为原料 ,在液相中兰尼镍催化加氢还原制得DSD酸。此工艺最佳操作条件是原料质量浓度为 6 0～ 75 g/L ;催化剂为原料质量的 4 %～ 7%;温度为 140～ 16 0℃ ;压力为 2 0～ 2 5MPa。在此工艺条件下还原收率达 96 1%。
diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid was prepared by the catalytic hydrogenation with Raney nickle in liquid phase.The optimum reaction conditions was obtained.When the temperature was 140～160℃,the quantity of catalyst was 0.04～0.07 times as much as the quantity of crude material,the concentration of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic sodium was 60～75g/L and the reaction pressure was 2.0～2.5MPa,the yield was 96.1%.
