碳钢表面有机涂层破损程度的模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 碳钢试片表面模拟有机涂层不同程度的破损状态 ,在NaCl溶液中进行了电化学测试 .提出了破损程度系数Kp,建立了Kp 与涂层体系电化学等效电路参数之间的函数关系 ,可用来判辨有机涂层的破损程度 ,为现场检测仪器的研制提供了理论依据 .同时还测定了有机涂层不同破损程度的电化学阻抗谱 ,分析了谱图特征 . The electrochemical measurement was conducted on carbon steel samples coated with organic coatings.The coatings were induced holes with different diameters in order to simulate artificially the damage severity of the coatings in practice.A coefficient of damage severity of organic coating K p was put forward,and the relationship of K p and the parameters of the electrochemical equivalent circuit of the coating system was given,which could describe the damage severity of organic coatings.This paper offered a theoretic fundamental for designing instruments for field monitoring.Furthermore,the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of organic coatings with different damage severities was measured and analyzed.
