近年来,学生学费已成为高校办学经费的第二位稳定来源,但学生欠费逐年上升,主要是农村学生家庭收入低、国家助学贷款不到位、学生缴费认识上存有误区和管理制度不完善造成的。
In recent years, students tuition has become the second stable in-come source from which colleges and universities running funds come. But the a-mount of students tuition due has been increasing year by year. The main causes are as follows: the family income of the students in rural areas is very low, the state assistant loan is not available, the students have some misunderstanding in paying tuition and the management system has not been perfect.
