Transgenic Mice Technology and its Application in Tumor Research
摘要
本文综述了近年来出现的一些转基因新方法 ,诸如精子载体法、核移植法及逆转录病毒法等 。
This paper reviewed the research progress of some novel transgenic methods, such as sperm mediated methods, nucleus transplantation methods and retrovirus mediated methods, and introduced application of transgenic mice technology in tumor research as well.
