摘要
目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定中肝一号合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :用C18-ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (30 :70 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 32 μm。 结果 :平均回收率 97.97% ,(RDS =0 .5 72 ,n =4)结论 :该方法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE:A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhonggan oral liquid. METHOD:The C_ 18 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol water (30:70). The detection wavelength was 232nm. RESULTS:The average recoveries were 97.97%(RDS=0.572, n =4) for paeoniflorin. CONCLUSION:The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
