摘要
本文提出了一种新的气敏光学薄膜,其基质为二氧化锡,掺杂质为氧化锌。试验了它对乙醇的气敏特性,获得良好的效果。
A new gas sensing optical film (SnO_2:ZnO) is discovered.Gassensing characteristic for ETHANOL is made.we obtained an availablc experimental result.
