摘要
我国铝土矿绝大部分属于高铝、高硅一水硬铝石型矿石 ,铝硅比以 4~ 7为主 ,不宜直接采用拜耳法生产氧化铝。采用选择性破磨新技术处理铝土矿可获得铝硅比 >7~ 12的精矿 ,具有流程简单、成本低、易于工业实施等特点 ,是一条适宜于我国铝土矿性质有效的处理方法。
Most bauxite in China is diasporic, and contains higher alumina as well as silica. The ratio of Al 2O 3/SiO 2 of most of them is within 4~7, unfit to produce alumina by Bayer process directly. A concentrate with A/S over 7~12 can be obtained by the new process of elective crashing and grinding from bauxite with middle-low grade. The advantages of the new process are simple flowsheet, lower cost and easily put into industrial practice. This is an effective processing way for bauxite, and fit the character of bauxite resources in China.
