摘要
目的 探讨灸法的作用机制。方法 采用右后足皮下注射福氏完全佐剂建立变态反应性关节炎大鼠模型。分为空白对照组、模型对照组、激素治疗组、针刺治疗组、药物灸治疗组。观察治疗后各组大鼠红细胞免疫功能、红细胞 SOD活性测定及右后足各关节 X线变化情况。结果与结论 针刺 ,特别是复方硫磺灸片可以有效地改善变态反应性关节炎大鼠的红细胞免疫功能 ,降低患病关节的畸变与致残率。
Purpose To investigate the mechanism of moxibustion action. Methods A rat model of allergic arthritis was made by subcutaneous injection of F's complete adjuvant into the right posterior leg. Blank control, model, hormone, acupuncture and medicinal moxibustion groups were set up. Rat erythrocytic immunologic function, erythrocytic SOD activity and X ray changes in the joints of the right posterior leg were observed. Results and conclusion Acupuncture and especially sulfur compound slices for moxibustion can effectively improve erythrocytic immunologic function and decrease the rates of diseased joint malformation and disability in rats with allergic arthritis.
