摘要
目的建立奥曲肽注射液的含量测定方法。方法采用ODS C1 8色谱柱 ,流动相A为含 0 .1 %三氟乙酸的水溶液 ,流动相B为含 0 .1 %三氟乙酸的乙腈溶液 ,采用梯度洗脱 ,流动相B在 2 0min内由 2 0 %至 40 % ,检测波长 2 1 5nm ,流速 1 .5ml/min。结果奥曲肽浓度在 40 .8~ 1 4 2 .8μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,回收率为 1 0 0 .2 9% (RSD =0 .48% )。结论此法简便、快速、准确 。
PurposeTo establish a HPLC method for assay of octreotide injection. MethodsThe chromatographic conditions were as follows: Using ODS C 18 column, 0.1% trifluroacetic in water as mobile phase A, 0.1% trifluroacetic in acetonitrile as mobile phase B, mobile phase B was increased from 20% to 40% in twenty minutes, at a flow rate of 1.5 ml/min, and detection wavelength in 215 nm.ResultsThere was a good liner relationship with the range of 40.8~142.8 μg/ml ( r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.29% with RSD of 0.48%?ConclusionThe HPLC method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It was suitable for the determination of the content of octreotide injection.
