摘要
目的 :探讨贲门癌术后辅助化疗的方式和疗效。方法 :回顾分析 1988年至 1996年贲门癌术后 6 0例接受优福定治疗的患者的生存情况 ,同时随机抽取同期单纯手术治疗的贲门癌患者 5 8例做对照。结果 :两组 1年生存率无明显差异 ,3、5年生存率化疗组分别为 6 0 %和 4 3 3% ,对照组分别为37 9%和 2 4 1% (P均 <0 0 5 ) ,明显优于对照组。结论 :口服优福定做为贲门癌术后辅助化疗 ,费用低 ,勿需住院 ,易被农村患者所接受 ,能提高术后患者的生存率和生活质量。值得在基层医院推广。
Objective The clinical study of administration and effect about UFTTablets to chemotherapy after the operation of cardial cancer.Methods Among 118 cases(1988-1996),60 cases were treated with UFTTablets after the operation,58 cases were only treated with the operation,and the two groups were compared.Results Two groups had no obvious difference after one year;On the chemotrerapy troup the survival rate was 60% after three years and the survival rate was 43.3% after five years,the compared group the survival rate was 37.4% after there years and the survival rate was 24.1%after five years,there were significant difference( P <0 05).Conclusion UFT Tablets might be widely used in clinic after operation owing to its advantages of low price,taking orally,raising survival rate and improving life quality.
