摘要 基于不可逆电对的双安培检测原理 ,设计了快速检测低分子醇的流动注射双安培传感器。该传感器由一支表面修饰有氧化铂的铂电极和一支洁净的铂电极构成 ,通过偶合一支电极上低分子醇的吸附氧化和另一支电极上氧化铂的还原两个不可逆电对 ,构建了双安培检测体系。在外加电位差为 0 .0 0V时 ,甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、正丙醇、丙三醇的吸附氧化电流与其浓度分别在 0 .0 1~ 8 0 0、0 .0 1~ 8 0 0、0 .0 1~ 8 0 0、0 .0 1~ 4 0 0、0 .0 1~ 4 .0 0mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ;检出限分别为 0 .0 0 3、0 .0 0 3、0 .0 0 1、0 .0 0 6、0 .0 0 6mol/L (S/N =2 )。该传感器具有结构简单、选择性好、效率高 (180样 /h)等优点 。 Based on the flow injection biamperometry used for irreversible couple system, a biamperometric sensor for the determination of low mass molecule alcohols has been designed. Using a clean platinum electrode and one platinum oxide-modified platinum electrodes, the biamperometric detection system has been setup by coupling the oxidation of the hydrogen atoms produced by the dehydrogenation of the adsorbed alcohols and the reduction of platinum oxide. Under the applied potential difference of 0.00 V, the linear relationships between the current and the concentration of methanol, ethanol, glycol, propanol and glycerol are obtained over the range 0.01 similar to 8,00, 0. 01 similar to 8.00, 0.01 similar to 8.00, 0.01 similar to 4.00 and 0.01 similar to 4.00 mol/L, with the detection limit of 0.003, 0.003, 0.001, 0.006 and 0.006 mol/L (S/N = 2), respectively. The sensor is simple, selective and efficient (180 samples/h), and has been applied to the determination of ethanol in beers.
