摘要
在精密加工中 ,由于热变形引起的误差占整个系统误差的 4 0 %~ 6 0 % [1],这说明对热变形进行深入研究和找出其规律并提出相应的补偿措施是十分必要的。本文是以CK6 16 - 1简易数控车床为实验对象 ,在对其热误差分析的基础上进行热误差建模 ,并结合改进的BP神经网络给出了具体实现的方法 。
During the precision machining, that the errors induced by thermal deformation take up 40%~60% of the total errors[1], it is the most important to deeply investigate and find out the principle of thermal deformation and propose a correponding compensating method. Due to the complexion of mathematical model of the thermal deformation error and other shortcomings, the traditional method is also difficult to be implemented, an advanced compensating method is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the factors which affected mismachining to lerance of NC machine tools and through experiments on simple numerical control lathe CK616-1, a large puantity of useful data was gained and the corresponding model based on BP neural network was established. Finally all of the experiments demonstrated that BP neural network could successfully adapt to compensate the thermal deformation errors.
