摘要 介绍一种以具有快速浮点运算能力的数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,集合了光纤、通信、微机技术的光电式电流互感器(OECT)的实用化设计方案。该方案利用光纤进行高压端和低压端的数据通信并作绝缘。OECT集电流测量和谐波分析于一体,同时还提供远程计算机接口和继电保护接口。试验表明,OECT具有结构简单、安装方便、抗干扰能力强和测量精确度高等特点。 In this paper a project for the design of an opto-electronic current transformer (OECT) is presented, in which the optical fibre is used as the insulation between the high voltage side and the low voltage side and at the same time the fibre is applied to carry out the digital communication between the both sides. The kernel device of the project is digital signal processor (DSP) which can perform high speed floating-point operation, otherwise, the optical fibre technique, the communication technique and the micro-computer technique are adopted. The current measurement and harmonics analysis are integrated in OECT and the interface circuits for both computer communication and protective relaying are also provided. Test results show that the OECT possesses following features: simple structure, easy to install, high counter-interference capability and high measuring accuracy.
