摘要
本文运用系统分析的规划论方法,建立了银北灌区水资源系统规划教学模型,并通过求解和优化方案抉择,提出了银北地区水资源优化调配方案。认为只有实行井、渠结合,经济合理地利用黄河水、地下水,才能提高灌区的管理水平,开采地下水资源,降低地下水位,以减少和防止土壤盐碱化的危害,才能使灌区的经济效益达到最大。
In this paper, the author obtained a mathematicl model of water source utili zation in Yinbai Irrigated Area useing the system analyse method of mathemat ical programming, and submited a scheme of optimized water source utilization by means of the model evaluation with coputer. In view of the scheme, the ma ximumeconomic efect and the highest water utilization ratio would be gained, and the level of groundwater would be lowered in order to prevent and to red uce salinization and alkalinzation of land only in the condition of rational ut ilization of the Yellow River and ground water, and combination of the charm el system with well. Additionally, the improvement of management is effective to increase the econmic benefit also.
