摘要
前池是泵站的重要组成部分 ,上游来流经过前池被水泵送往下游。大城市土地资源十分宝贵 ,泵站的占地受到较大限制 ,因此前池往往不得不做成池长较短和扩散角较大 ,这样极易造成前池流态不佳、各水泵配水不均、泵站能耗增加及沉砂淤积。本文通过上海污水治理二期工程SB泵站的水力模型试验研究 ,针对该泵站前池池长短、池底陡、扩散角大的不利情况。提出了在前池增设压水板/导流墩组合导流装置的新技术 ,显著地改善了前池流态和多泵运行配水均匀性 ,从而提高了泵站效率 ,克服了沉砂淤积。
One of the important parts of large pump station is front basin,through which upstream flow is delivered to downstream place.Because of great values of land resource in modern cities,occupied area of pump station is strictly limited usually,designers have to choose a somewhat non-normal form for front basin,that is,short length and large diffusion angle in flow direction.However,such arrangement will intensify disadvantageous flow condi-tion,non-uniform flow distribution among operating pumps,power consumption of pump station and sedimentation of sand.Through hydraulic model test research for SB Pump Station in Shanghai Sewage Treatment Project II,paying attention to above-mentioned disadvantageous conditions especially,this paper presents a new technique: flow guide combination of depressed plate and guide piers,which has significantly improved flow condition in front basin and uniformity of operating pump's flow rate,so that can enhance pump station efficiency and eliminate sand sedimentation.This hydraulic optimum technique has been applied to several pump stations.
