摘要
研制出一种直接注入 (DirectInjection)方式的 12 8× 12 8元红外焦平面CMOS读出电路。其中 ,采用了相关双采样电路 ,使信噪比明显提高。对电路方案进行了计算机仿真。实验结果表明 ,读出电路的动态范围≥ 74dB ,功耗≤ 5mW。
A 128×128 IRPFA CMOS readout integrated circuits(ROIC) with direct inject mode is developed. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the circuits is improved apparently using correlated double sampling circuits. Computer simulation is carried on the circuits. The experimental results shows that the dynamic range of the ROIC is greater than 74 dB and DC power consumption is less than 5 mW.
