摘要
介绍了用于焊缝跟踪的几种视觉传感方法及控制技术的原理、特点,在此基础上提出一种基于结构光焊缝激光跟踪系统的实施方案,该方案能够将三维控制转换为一维控制,控制简单,实施容易,对焊缝跟踪系统的研制有一定的参考作用。
This article introduce s the principle and characteristics of several kinds of optical sensor and controlling technology in seam tracking system.An implementing method of seam laser tracking system are presented in the article,which can transform3-D coordinate control into1-D coordinate control.This method can be simply controlled and easily implemented.It is also helpful for the development of seam tracking system.
