摘要
通过2000~2001年的田间小区试验和大田示范的结果表明,烤烟上施用保得生物肥后,能不同程度地减轻野火病、炭疽病和赤星病的发病率和病情指数,也可减少害虫为害。据测定,施用生物肥后,土壤中有效钾含量增加,烤烟中部烟叶中的总酚、类黄酮含量和过氧化物酶活性皆有不同程度提高,可以认为是提高烤烟对这些病害抗病性的生理基础。
Results from small plot and demonstration test in2000-2001showed that applying″baodei″microbial fertilizer to flue-cured tobacco can reduce the disease ratio and discasc index of wild fire(P.syringae pv.tabaci),anthracnose(colletotrichum nicotianae Averna)and brown spot alternaria alternata(Fries)Kissler in a certain degree and pest damage.By using microbial fertilizer,available potassium contents of soil increased,the contents of total phenols and flavonoids as well as peroxidase activity of flue-cured tobacco leaves in-creased to various extent,which could be the physiological basis of disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco.
