摘要
将接续产酸型活菌制剂类益生素 (剂量 5 .4× 1 0 8活菌 / kg体重 )投喂给荷斯坦乳用初生公犊牛 ,1 0日龄宰杀犊牛 ,取十二指肠、空肠、回肠段组织样在透射电镜下观察 ,并以未饲用益生素发病及未发病的同品种、同日龄犊牛对照。结果表明 :益生素有助于初生犊牛小肠上皮细胞胞质中细胞器的发育 ,可以维持其正常形态、结构和功能。
The acid producing microbal ecological agents were orally given to the new born male calves with the dosage of 5.4×10 8/kg BW.The calves were slaughtered at the age of 10 day old.The sections of duodenum.jejunm and ileum were sampled and observed under the transmitting electron microscope.The results showed that probiotics had good effects on developing the shape?structure and function of the organelles cytoplasm in the small intestinal epithelium cells.
